    Total 5 to 8 years of experience required. (FTE) – Hyderabad / Bangalore

    The position requires a comprehensive background within software development, backed up with an education and work experience profile that includes operating in a commercial environment where products have to be delivered to a balance of scope, budget and schedule. It is necessary to be experienced in software design, development and support with excellent programming skills using languages such as C#, VB.Net, IIS and JavaScript. Proven experience on large complex software systems, with the ability to understand the overall architectural design of the system, is a prerequisite. It is important to be able to identify how development of new components impacts the existing architecture along with new functionality, especially in terms of performance. The ability to communicate well is essential, both written and verbally.

    Role:

  • You will work with Customer Support to troubleshoot and fix problems reported and take them to closure in a timely manner.
  • You will work with the Product Owner, Stakeholders, and the Scrum Team to understand, define, design, and implement solution requirements.
  • Participate in Scrum meetings with other team members including sprint planning and estimating; backlog refinement; daily Scrum meetings; sprint retrospectives and sprint reviews.
  • Ensure your code is fully reviewed, unit tested and documented and delivered to agreed quality standards.
  • Analyse and implement security needs to implement and test your solution aligned with industry standards for Cyber Security

    Essential skills include:

  • Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Maths/Physics or related
  • Considerable development experience using languages especially C#, VB.Net
  • Considerable analysis, design and software architecture experience
  • Visual Studio / .NET tools, SQL server, IIS, JavaScript
  • Knowledge of Windows architecture
  • Object oriented programming
  • Knowledge of programming Design Pattern fundamentals
  • Working with source code control tools such as ADO, Git
  • Proven design documentation skills
  • Logical and numerate, with complex problem-solving skills
  • Team worker with proactive approach
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
